EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, we offer an exchange only policy. 

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@lovemaille.com. Please note that items will need to be sent to the following address: 1348 N Sierra Bonita Ave, Apt 305, West Hollywood, CA, 90046, United States.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. 

Custom Orders

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any custom or personalized orders.  

European Union 3 Day Cooling Off Period 

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.
